Unknown consumption

Each material has an option to define whether inventory packs of that material are consumed if the inventory pack number is unknown to Infor MES.

Prevent unknown consumption

Inventory cannot be consumed unless it already exists and is known about.

Allow unknown consumption

Inventory can be consumed if the pack information is entered before consuming.

Allow repeat unknown consumption

Material from the supplier is considered as a total batch, without unique identifiers for each piece of inventory.
