Auto-create inventory on job start

Sometimes, when starting a new production run, it is necessary to start creating inventory. This is typical in batch production, As soon as a new job is started on the line, a new batch is required to consume all the raw materials in to.

This is only relevant when the inventory is set to be 'start and create pack', or when the option to automatically start a new job when consuming is not turned on.

If this option is turned on, then MES automatically starts creating inventory at all inventory positions.
