Atypical events

Atypical events might be raised as a result of user activity during a workflow, for example, by skipping or cancelling phases, operations, or actions.under these circumstances.

Additional atypical events might be raised as a result of user activity during a workflow, under these circumstances:

  • Resetting a workflow
  • Forcing a transition to pass
  • Resetting a workflow to a prior transition
  • Answering false to a boolean question (optional, as defined in the workflow configuration)
  • Answering with a non-default choice to a choice question (optional, as defined in the workflow configuration)
  • Entering a numeric value outside of configured specification limits (optional, as defined in the workflow configuration)
  • Raising an event through a direct API call
  • Recording a quality check which contains critical defects or values outside of specification limits
