Assortment Check

An assortment check is used to limit customer access to an item. It can be activated per item and/or customer. However, the assortment must be activated for both the customer and item in order for the check to function. The check is made during customer order line entry.

When the assortment check is activated per item, that item can only be ordered by customers connected to the assortment containing the item. When not activated, the item can be purchased by any customer. This check is activated in 'Item. Open'(MMS001/H).

When the assortment check is activated per customer, the customer can only order items in the assortment(s) to which it is connected. When not activated, the customer can purchase any item. This check is activated in 'Customer. Open' (CRS610/G).
