Level Logic
Logic levels are used in standard numbering systems when the significance level flag is set to 1.
Description
If the numbering system is A1-07-03 where:

| 1 | A | Factory A |
| 2 | 1 | Line 1 in factory A |
| 3-5 | -07 | 7th Group of equipment on Line 1 |
| 6-8 | -03 | 3rd Piece of equipment in 7th Group |
Then the level logic is 01222333.
Key:
0 = Character in position 1 is the first level (A in the example)
1 = Character in position 2 is level 2 (1 in the example)
222 = Characters in positions 3-5 is level 3 (-07 in the example)
333 = Characters in positions 6-8 is level 4 (-03 in the example)
