Load and capacity not displayed as expected

CPW displays the load and capacity based on the BE data used in (CPS100). When investigating the load and capacity, always start by displaying the same data in (CPS100).

  1. Verify the load and capacity in (CPS100) on a week or day level for each work center.
If load and capacity are not displayed in (CPS100), investigate (CPS100).
If load and capacity are displayed in (CPS100), use the CPW log file and investigate the values transferred from the API.
  2. Import the data to CPW and open the CPW log file.
From the menu, select Actions > User Settings > Write details to log file to save all details in the log file.
If the log file is too large to review directly in the application, you can copy the text to an external text file. Then, analyze the data in the editor.
  3. Search for the API transferring data from BE to CPW and investigate if the values transferred by the API correspond to the values in (CPS100).
If the values in (CPS100) and the API match, copy the log file to an external text file, then attach it to the Infor Customer Portal incident. You can also take a screenshot of the values not displayed as expected. This helps in the investigation of the values transferred to CPW and the values displayed in CPW.
