Load and Capacity

  1. From the menu, select Settings > Load.
  2. Specify this information:
    Load type
    Select if Machine Load or Man Load is displayed.
    Load categories
    Select which load type to display. Select A or B.
    Order types

    Select what type of order the load is included from:

    • Manufacturing Orders
    • Planned Manufacturing orders
    • Work Orders
    • Planned Work Orders
    • Service Orders
    Ignore overdue load in previous week
    Select the check box to ignore the overdue load from the previous week. An overdue load is loaded before the previous date, as displayed in (CPS100). (CRS786) has the option to display overdue loads in the closest previous week or the current week.
    Ignore overdue load in current week
    Select the check box to ignore an overdue load in the current week. An overdue load is loaded before the current date, as displayed in (CPS100). (CRS786) has the option to display overdue loads in the closest previous week or the current week.
    Calculate capacity for current day

    Select the check box to calculate the capacity for the current day bucket.

    Specify the capacity interval for the calculation in Capacity start time and Capacity end time:

    • If the Capacity start time is later than the Capacity end time, the calculated capacity for the current day is 0.
    • If the update time is before or at the Capacity start time, the calculated capacity for the current day is identical to the daily capacity.
    • If the update time is at or after the Capacity end time, the calculated capacity for the current day is 0.
    • If the update time is between the Capacity start time and Capacity end time, the calculated capacity is an interpolated value between 0 and 100 percent of the daily capacity, based on the values of the capacity start time, capacity end time, and update time.
  3. Click OK.
