Grouping quotations

Using the grouping feature, you can link quotations together. In 'Quotation Group. Open' (QUS121), you can create quotation groups.

This diagram shows an example of quotation grouping in M3 Equipment Quotation Management:

To create quotation groups, in the EQM mashup, select All Quotations, then, on the Grouped tab, click the New group button in the Groups view.

You can connect a quotation to the group code when modifying the quotation header, by adding the group code. Alternatively, in the EQM mashup, select All Quotations, then, on the Grouped tab, click the Add button in the Quotations view.

To view grouped quotations, in the EQM mashup, select All Quotations, then the Grouped tab. The Connected quotations view shows grouped quotations.
