Copy a quotation to a new version

When you copy a quotation to a new version, the status of the previous version is automatically set to 99 - Inactive. If you copy a quotation to a new quotation number, then the original is not affected.

Creating a new quotation version is similar to copying a quotation. The main difference is that the new version retains the same quotation number and price information but has a new version number. The original quotation remains as is and a separate quotation is created with a new quotation number. During the copying, you can select the information to copy.
