Exporting configuration data file for Ad Hoc reporting

Export the configuration file for ad hoc report group level and ad hoc report level.

Exporting configuration data file at the ad hoc report group level

  1. Start 'Ad Hoc Report Group. Open' (AHS100) .
  2. Select ad hoc report groups for export and use option 26=Export configuration. You can select and export ad hoc report groups with Design tool (CXML) values of 0-'Ad hoc report designer' and 1-'Configurable XML together'.
  3. Specify the filename, version, description, and discrepancy.
  4. Click OK.

Exporting configuration data file at the ad hoc report level

  1. Start 'Ad Hoc Report. Open' (AHS110).
  2. Select ad hoc report for export and user option 26='Export configurations'.
  3. Specify the file name, version, description, and discrepancy.
  4. Click OK.
'Ad Hoc Report Group. Open' (AHS100) and 'Ad Hoc Report Location. Open' (AHS010) are dependencies. Import fails if an Ad Hoc Report Group or an Ad Hoc Report Location used in an Ad Hoc report that is not in the target environment.
