Manage Project Quotation
Manage Project Quotation is an Experience Designer application and one of several applications that replace the Project Portal mashup.
You can use the application to locate a project, review all associated quotation versions, update customer details, simulate costing scenarios, and approve or cancel quotations, all from a single, unified interface.
The primary purpose of the application is to streamline and centralize the management of project quotations.
- View, add, update, copy, and delete project quotation records and related data, such as customers, costing versions, material lines, and budget information.
- Access detailed information about projects, customers, quotations, costing, and materials through dedicated forms and data grids.
- Integrate seamlessly with other M3 applications and programs through links, bookmarks, and automation features.
M3 Business Engine Configuration
M3 Project Management is required to run the Manage Project Quotation application.

Application authorization
To access and run the Experience Designer application, you must be authorized to the M3 Business Engine functions and API transactions used by the application.

How to use the application
You can use the application as a standalone option by searching for a project and selecting a project in the index list, or you can open the application from another application.
When you open the application from another application, the selected project number in the first application is set as the default in the IndexList in the Manage Project Quotation application.
All datagrids in the application tabs display data for the selected project in the IndexList. You can add, update, copy, and delete records in the tabs.
