Project Invoice Plan
Project Invoice Plan is an Experience Designer application and one of several applications that replace the Project Portal mashup. The application manages invoicing functions for a project. Users can create invoice headers, create manual lines, create proposals from detailed transactions, and trigger invoices.
M3 Business Engine Configuration
M3 Project Management is required to run the Project Invoice Plan application.
See the Components section for details regarding specific configuration for each component.
Limitations
'Project. Update Actual Results to Invoice' (POS482) is not included. You can access the program and related functions through 'Project Invoice. Update' (POS480), which is linked to DataGrid_InvoiceHead.
Connect and Disconnection of Customer Orders is not included. You can access this functionality through 'Project Invoice. Update Lines' (POS481), which is linked to DataGrid_InvoiceLines.
The listed options from 'Logged Transaction. Open' (POS488) are not included. You can access this functionality through the program that is linked to DataGrid_InvoiceLines_Logged.
These options are available:

Application authorization
To access and run the Experience Designer application, you must be authorized to the M3 Business Engine functions and API transactions used by the application.

How to use the application
You can use the application as a standalone option by searching for a project and selecting a project in the index list, or you can open the application from another application.
When you open the application from another application, the selected project number in the first application is set as the default in the IndexList in the Project Invoice Plan application.
The Invoice Plan tab shows all invoice heads and lines for the selected project in the IndexList. You can create, update details, and delete both heads and lines.
The Invoice Plan tab includes the Transaction per Line tab. This tab shows all transactions accumulated from (POS488) for the selected invoice line.
On the On-Account Invoicing tab, you can manage logged transactions from (POS488). This subtab includes functions to manage and generate invoice lines.
