Project Follow-Up and Closure
Project Follow-Up and Closure is an Experience Designer application and one of several applications that replace the Project Portal mashup.
You can use the application to find a project, review its elements and associated checklists, check the status of related invoices, and ensure that all closure activities are complete before marking the project as closed.
The primary purpose of the application is to streamline and centralize the management of project follow-up and closure processes.
The application enables users to:
- View and manage project elements, related checklists, and invoices associated with each project.
- Access detailed project information.
- Navigate to related applications for detailed project, checklist, or invoice management through integrated bookmarks.
M3 Business Engine configuration
M3 Project Management is required to run the Project Follow-Up and Closure application.

Application authorization
To access and run the Experience Designer application, you must be authorized to the M3 Business Engine functions and API transactions used by the application.

How to use the application
You can use the application as a standalone option by searching for a project and selecting a project in the index list, or you can open the application from another application.
When you open the application from another application, the selected project number in the first application is set as the default in the IndexList in the Project Follow-Up and Closure application.
DataGrids list project elements, related checklists for the selected element, and invoices connected to the project.
