Importing messages

Note: This feature is available in test environment only. You can only import XML and flat files and a maximum file size of 1 MB.
  1. On the Enterprise Collaborator Administration screen, select Communication > Import Message.
  2. Click the folder icon in the Import File field and select the file to import.
  3. Click Upload.
    A message is displayed, indicating that the message is sent successfully. An error message is displayed when you upload an unsupported file type.
  4. View the imported message.
