Viewing heap usage

  1. On the Enterprise Collaborator Administration screen, select Messages > Heap Usage.
  2. To filter search results, specify a value in the Mapping Name field and click Filter. You can also filter your search to display only custom or standard mappings.
  3. To sort rows on the table, select a value in the Sort rows by list.
  4. To arrange rows on the table in ascending or descending order, click Ascending or Descending.
  5. View the details of a mapping:
    1. Select a row and click show to display the mapping detail page.
      This table shows the displayed columns on the mapping detail page:
      Column Description
      UUID Unique identifier of the message. Problematic mappings are indicated by a warning icon.
      Time Timestamp when the message was tracked.
      Usage Level Memory severity classification. These values are displayed:
      • LOW: Heap usage is <3%
      • WARNING: Heap usage is 3%-9%
      • CRITICAL: Heap usage is 10%-19%
      • FATAL: Heap usage is ≥20%
      Note: If you encounter a message that contains warning, critical, or fatal severity classification, review the mapping used.
      Heap Usage Amount of memory consumed by that specific message instance.
    2. To display the message detail page, click show.
    3. To sort rows on the table, select a value in the Sort rows by list.
    4. To arrange rows on the table in ascending or descending order, click Ascending or Descending.
