Node Distribution Relation

Definition

A node distribution relation (NDR) is a distribution link between two nodes.

Uses

NDRs are used when building a node network (supply chain) to be used in M3 Supply Chain Planner. Each NDR consists of a From node (from where distribution takes place), a To node (to where distribution takes place) and a node delivery method, which is the method used for transportation between two nodes. The NDR also contains information about distribution lead time, capacity, and cost.
