Enter Bill of Resources

This procedure is used to enter resource requirements connected to a resource requirements profile.

Before you start

To start this procedure, these prerequisites must be met:

The facility is entered in 'Facility. Open' (CRS008). Note that a facility can have several warehouses.
Work centers with resource type 4 or 5 are entered.

Start 'Resource Reqmnt Profile. Open' (RCS030). Select the profile to process using option 11, or create a new profile. 'Resource Structure. Open' (RCS031) is displayed.
Enter the first resource. Only resources with type 4 or 5 can be entered.
In the Lead time offset field, specify the number of days before the finish date the resources should be loaded. This field is updated automatically when using dynamic lead-time calculation.
Enter the capacity. The capacity unit used is the same as for measuring capacity and load. For labor-time work centers, the labor time must be used.
To create a lead time allocated resource profile, enter different values for Lead time offset and Resource usage. Repeat this step until the profile is complete for the period in question.
