Create Accrual Forecast

The purpose of this procedure is to create and update accrual forecasts per item/warehouse.

Before you start

Before this procedure can be started, the following prerequisites must be met:

  • A forecast method for each item/warehouse forecasted is entered in 'Item. Connect Warehouse' (MMS002).
  • The selected forecast methods are entered and specified in 'Forecast Method. Open' (FCS300).

Follow these steps

Follow the steps below to create an accrual forecast.

  1. Select 'Manual Forecast/MDS. Open' (FCS350), panel P.

  2. Specify the appropriate sorting order for entry.

  3. Specify item number, warehouse and starting period. Enter the forecasts for the appropriate number of buckets/periods forward.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for every item/warehouse.
