Create Forecast Comparison

The purpose of this procedure is to create forecast IDs under which sets of forecasts for specified items can be saved for later review and evaluation.

Follow these steps

Follow the steps below to create forecast IDs for forecast comparisons.

  1. Select ‘Comparing Forecast. Open’ (FCS440), panel B.

  2. Enter an ID for the forecast. To change, inquire or delete a current forecast ID, specify the appropriate option in front.

  3. In the E panel, specify a name and short description for the forecast ID. These should be relevant and easy to remember.

  4. To end, press Enter.
