Create Service Level

The purpose of this procedure is to update a service level table. This table specifies the relation between the service level and the safety factor used to calculate safety stock.

Follow these steps

Follow the steps below to update a service level table.

  1. Select 'Service Level. Open' (FCS320).

  2. Enter service levels with suitable factors. Narrower factors should be used closer to service level 100%.

  3. Enter corresponding safety factors for each service level.

  4. To end, press Enter.
