Rental Logistic Toolbox Process Status
Managing rental logistics
In order to facilitate efficient processing of rental logistics transactions, a central place is needed where all of these transactions can be processed from one single starting point and with as few screens and button interactions as possible.
Logistics transactions in the rental process are dependent on the 'Maintenance integration' parameter MXMI in 'Company. Connect Division' (MNS100). If MXMI is selected, the maintenance integration functionality in 'Rental Logistics Toolbox. Open' (STS140) is used. Otherwise, the regular rental functionality is used without (STS140).
All logistics transactions during the lifecycle of a rental agreement are performed from one place, 'Rental Logistics Toolbox. Open' (STS140). A process status is used for keeping track of the next step for a rental agreement line. The process flow of a rental agreement line depends on the line type.
Process status
The process status is more detailed compared to the agreement status on the rental agreement line. The process status will only be used in (STS140).

View transactions in Rental Toolbox based on Warehouse group search
Transactions are viewed in 'Rental Logistics Toolbox. Open' (STS140) on a higher level than warehouse. The search field 'Warehouse group' has been introduced, which contains a couple of warehouses, for example a regional division. When searching for a specific 'Warehouse group', this retrieves the selection of warehouse ranges in that warehouse group. Warehouse groups are displayed in views 4, 5, and 6.
