Reason Codes in (STS060)
When creating a rental agreement, a reason code can be specified to describe why the agreement is registered or why the agreement is terminated.
A reason code specified in the agreement header is proposed by default in the agreement lines, but it can be changed for any individual agreement line.
The purpose with reason codes is to enable you to analyze and determine, for example, which rental items are needed in the future, why agreements are terminated, reasons for deleted agreements and agreement lines. The reason code is also used when handling lost sales when deleting agreements and agreement lines.
Rental agreement reason codes are defined in 'Rental Reason. Open' (STS060).
