Define Rules for Rental Agreement Header

This document explains how you adjust the settings for working with agreement headers.

These settings are used when you want to customize the adjustment or entry of rental agreement headers.

Outcome

You have overridden information from the agreement order type, which otherwise regulates the panel sequence and agreement type.

You can register several agreement headers in the same way.

The file SYSTR is updated.

Before you start

Basic data for rental agreement must have been entered.

Follow These Steps

  1. Start ‘Rental Agreement. Open (STS100).

  2. Press F13 to proceed to the P panel.

Select Between Adjusting and Creating a Rental Agreement

  3. Select one of the following alternatives:

    • To define rules for entering rental agreement header, go to step 5.
    • To adjust an existing agreement, go to step 4.
  4. Enter B in the opening panel field. Go to step 10 to indicate the panel sequence.

  5. Enter A in the opening panel field.

  6. Indicate whether you want to confirm entries in (STS100/A).

  7. Enter in the Line and Position field, the row and position that you want to cursor to be placed in every time you start (STS100/A).

  8. Indicate the panel sequence, which is to be proposed each time that you start (STS100).

  9. Indicate whether the agreement order type entered above should override the settings for the customer in ‘Customer. Open’ (CRS610).
