Setup

The warehouses defined on the rental depots are the default warehouses that are used in the rental process. The default delivering warehouse (yard) can be overruled in 'Rental Agreement. Open Lines' (STS201/B1) when specifying a rental agreement line.

  • Warehouse yard - The field indicates the yard used for items/individual items entered on the Rental agreement line. The yard warehouse is unique for one depot and it can not be shared with other depots.
  • Warehouse on hire - The field indicates the virtual warehouse used to keep track of rental items when they are rented out. The on hire warehouse can be shared by several depots, that is, the same warehouse can be defined for one or more depots.
  • Warehouse (X-hire) yard - The field indicates the yard used for cross-hired items or individual items.
  • Warehouse (X-hire) on hire - The field indicates the virtual warehouse used to keep track of cross-hired items or individual items on hire.
