Update Rental Rates in (STS116)

Setup

• A sales price list with updated rates must be specified in 'Rental Price List. Open' (STS017).
• If stepped pricing needs to be updated, the price should be updated in 'Rental Rates. Enter Stepped Price' (STS123).
• If over-usage price for metered items needs to be updated, the price should be updated in 'Rental Rates. Enter Meter Price' (STS124).
• If rental package needs to be updated, the price should be specified in 'Rental Rates. Enter Package Price' (STS125).

Follow these steps to update rental rates:

1. Open (STS116).
2. Specify a date in the 'Valid to' field. All agreement lines with a valid 'To date' equal to or later than the date specified in this field are included in the selection.
3. If the agreement lines to be updated have already been invoiced, specify a date in the 'Inv to date' field. All agreement lines with an invoiced 'To date' equal to or later than the date specified in this field are included in the selection.
4. To select agreement lines, specify the 'From' and 'To' fields. The permitted range for selections is displayed to the left in the panel.
5. Select the check box 'Over usg price' to update the overusage price for selected agreement lines with connected meters.
6. Select the check box ‘Delivery charge’ if delivery charge or return charge should be updated for the selected agreement lines. The charge is only updated if the status of the delivery or return DO status is lower than 44.
7. Select the check box ‘Delivery cost’ if delivery cost or return cost should be updated for the selected agreement lines. The charge is only updated if the status of the delivery or return DO status is lower than 44.
8. Select the check box ‘Inc manual disc’ if rental lines with a manual discount should be included in the update. If the check box is not selected, overusage price, delivery charge, and cost are still updated even if the line has a manual discount.
9. Press Enter to start the update.
