Project Element

Project elements represent the foundation on which the project structure is based. The project structure is created with levels of project elements. Several project elements can be found on the same level.

An element type is used to classify the element into main or subprojects, mandatory activities, and additional activities. The additional activities can in turn be classified into purchase orders, manufacturing orders, or invoicing, for example.

Information on budgets, forecasts, project information, scheduling, resources, costing, and checklists can also be connected to the project element.
