Project Manager
A project manager is the person responsible for an entire project. Project managers are specified when a new project is entered. They can be changed in '‘Project Order. Open’ (POS100/B)'.
Project managers can be designated as recipients for the following messages:
- Project open
- Project closed
- Activity started
- Activity stopped
- Activity not started
- Activity not stopped
- Remarks on checklist have not been attended to
- Quotation ready for review
- Quotation approved
- Quotation accepted
- Quotation not accepted
- Change order accepted
- New schedule version created
- New project manager appointed
- New budget version created
- New forecast version created
- New costing version created
- New information version created
- Milestone reached
- Date for purchase order outside of planned range
- Date for manufacturing order outside of planned range
- Data for stock transaction outside of planned range.
