Project Manager

A project manager is the person responsible for an entire project. Project managers are specified when a new project is entered. They can be changed in '‘Project Order. Open’ (POS100/B)'.

Project managers can be designated as recipients for the following messages:

  • Project open
  • Project closed
  • Activity started
  • Activity stopped
  • Activity not started
  • Activity not stopped
  • Remarks on checklist have not been attended to
  • Quotation ready for review
  • Quotation approved
  • Quotation accepted
  • Quotation not accepted
  • Change order accepted
  • New schedule version created
  • New project manager appointed
  • New budget version created
  • New forecast version created
  • New costing version created
  • New information version created
  • Milestone reached
  • Date for purchase order outside of planned range
  • Date for manufacturing order outside of planned range
  • Data for stock transaction outside of planned range.
