Create Project from Template

Before you start

To start this procedure, the following basic data must be available:

• Project order type
• Project template

Follow these steps

1. Start 'Project. Open' (POS091).
2. Select F13='Settings' and select the A panel as start panel. Press Enter.
3. On (POS100/A1), specify the project order type and the ID of either the project element or template to copy. If the project number is left blank, it is set automatically according to the number series specified in the project order type. Specify the panel sequence and press Enter.

   On the E panel, specify the necessary information. The proposed values are retrieved either from the specified project template or the project element. Press Enter.

4. Specify the necessary information on the F and G panels and press Enter.
5. In 'Project. Copy' (POS103), copy the elements to be included in the project structure. To copy all the elements, use F14='Copy all'. To select by element category, use F17='Selection'. Press Exit.
6. In 'Project. Open' (POS100) the project structure is displayed with the copied lines highlighted in reverse image.
7. To confirm the structure created, use F15='Confirm copied lines'. To delete the copied elements, use F16='Delete copied lines'.
