Budget Item

A budget item refers to a specific accounting string.

In the project structure, costs and revenues can be distributed over several budget items for each project element. A more detailed budgeting level is obtained in this way.

Budget items are used in:

• Budgets
• Budget templates
• Forecasts
• Quotation costings
• Costing templates.

For example, the budget for the project element Installation can be distributed to travel time and tasks.
