Project Status
The status of a project is set either on the project level or on the subproject level, depending on the reporting level indicated in 'Project. Open' (POS100). The same project status is assigned to all project elements on a lower level. When a new project is created, the status is set to 05. An element status is used especially for activities in a project.
The mandatory project status codes are:
- 05 - Created
- 10 - Open
- 20 - Started
- 60 - Completed
- 80 - Closed
- 90 - Cancelled
It is also possible to enter customized status codes for each element type in 'Project Element Type. Enter Status' (POS061).
