Adjust Shift Pattern

This document describes how you adjust the shift patterns to be used for capacity planning.

Outcome

A shift pattern indicates the shift models (example: time periods or hours in a work shift) used during a certain period; for instance, three shifts during the spring, one shift during the summer, and two shifts during the autumn.

In 'Work Center. Open' (PDS010/E), the work center's shift pattern is indicated.

In 'Shift Pattern. Adjust' (PDS036), you indicate the shift pattern's effective dates, as well as whether the M3 Scheduling Workbench (SWB) client application should be enabled to process the order.
