Define Work Hour Group for Time and Attendance

This document explains how you create work hour groups. These are used, as the name indicates, to group various work hour definitions.

Outcome

One or more work hour groups are created and can be reviewed in 'Work Hour Group. Open' (TMS125).

The file containing information about work hour codes (CSYTAB) is updated.

Work hour groups are used to group various work hour definitions in 'Work Hour Definition. Open' (CRS505). By connecting a work hour definition to a work hour group, various intervals of overtime (for example) can be defined.

Before you start

The starting conditions listed in Defining Schedules for Time and Attendance must be met.

Follow These Steps

Start 'Work Hour Group. Open' (TMS125).
On the B panel, enter a code for the work hour group. Press New.

This code can consist of up to three alphanumerical characters.
On the E panel, enter a name (required) and a description (optional). Press Enter.
