Report Attribute Values in Process on Manufacturing Order

Outcome

The attribute value is reported on the product.

When you report the completed operation/order the attribute values will be matched to the completed information.

These files are updated:

• Order attributes (MOATTR)
• Item attributes (MIATTR)
• Customer order lines (OOLINES).

Before You Start

• Basic data has to be defined in 'Settings - Operation Reporting' (PMS490).
• Attributes must have been connected to a product in 'Item. Open' (MMS001).
• Attributes must have been created in 'Attribute. Open' (ATS010).
• Attributes must have been connected to operation in 'Operation. Connect Attributes' (ATS120).

Follow These Steps

1. Start 'MO Operation. Report' (PMS070/B).

2. Enter the information that is necessary to identify the operation, in these fields:

   • Facility
   • Product number
   • Manufacturing order number
   • Operation number.

3. Select option 20 to open (ATS101).

4. Enter the first value in the range of valid values in the 'From attribute value' field.

5. Enter the last value in the range of valid values in the 'To attribute value' field.

   If there is a from attribute value but no to attribute value, the first value is treated as the only valid value.

6. Enter a target value.

   The target value should never be left blank. If the from attribute value is entered, the target value is automatically updated.

7. You can check the different attributes on the G panel.

8. Press Enter to finish.
