Service Agreement Workbench - Overview
Introduction
This document describes the concept of the Experience Designer application Service
Agreement Workbench. The purpose of the application is to:
- Ensure that agreement data is up to date, accurate, and easy to overview
- Highlight key elements of customer service agreement such as basic data, terms, agreement invoice status, profitability, and so on
- Improve visibility of current to dos (invoice, maintain, renew, and update agreements)
- Track performance and identify areas for improvement (profitability, open orders, and so on)
- Prioritize and check customer service engagements (number of related service orders)
- Give an overview of customer agreement changes.
This document also describes how the app is configured and which manual configurations are required to make the application work as expected.
The application is based on agreements in M3 Business Engine program 'Maint Agrmnt. Open' (COS410).
You can use the application as is, but Infor strongly recommends copying the application to a new version, since there are regular updates deployed to these types of applications. If you copy the application, it can also be fine-tuned to better meet your unique requirements. Infor can remove or replace the applications it delivers.
