Report Operation with Employee Information

The purpose of the procedure is to report operation information together with employee information.

Before You Start

Before you begin, a valid order must exist. A valid order is a work order in status 20 in 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100)) or an open manufacturing order in 'Manufacturing Order. Open' (PMS100). A manufacturing order is open until the production statistics have been created.

Follow These Steps

For work orders, follow these steps:

  1. Select 'Work Schedule. Open Toolbox' (MOS195).

  2. Highlight the operation to report and select option 'Rep Operation' to display 'WO Operation. Report' (MOS070/E).

  3. Select F14='Rep Empl No' to display 'WO Operation. Report Employee' (MOS075/B).

  4. Enter an employee number and select New to display the E panel.

  5. Complete the information on the E panel. If you are reporting more than one employee number, make sure to report only a single unit manufactured. Otherwise, the reported quantity is likely to be greater than the ordered quantity. This applies to most types of maintenance where work is only performed on a single maintenance object.

  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add additional employees.

  7. Press F3=End to return to 'WO Operation. Report' (MOS070).

  8. Confirm the information. The operation times are then reported and the operation status is updated to 90 (Complete). If the operation is only partially reported, it is assigned status 70 (Partially reported).

To verify that the transaction has been performed, you can display the transaction in 'WO Operation. Display Transactions' (MOS095), which you access using option 'Dsp Op Trans' in (MOS070).

For manufacturing orders, follow these steps:

  2. Highlight the operation to report and select option 30='Rep Operation' to display 'MO Operation. Report' (PMS070/E).

  3. Select F14='Rep Empl No' to display 'WO Operation. Report Employee' (PMS075/B).

  7. Press F3=End to return to (PMS070).

  8. Confirm the information. The operation times are then reported and the operation status is updated to 90 (Complete). If the operation is only partially reported, it is assigned status 70 (Partially reported).
