Define Principles for Automatic Employee Allocation

This document explains how you define what checks are to be made when employees are automatically allocated to a job.

Follow this instruction when you have defined an order type with automatic allocation of employees.

Outcome

You have defined how you will look for available staff for jobs included in a work order. You have also defined what checks are to be made for the employees that were available to allocate to the job.

The rules for automatic employee allocation are used when a work order uses a work order type that allows automatic allocation of employees.

Information about how the checks are to be performed when automatically allocating employees is stored in the file (CSYTAB).

Before you start

An order type in which automatic allocation of employees should be defined in 'Work Order Type. Open' (MOS120).

Specify if suitable employees should be searched by work center, foreman area or department.

Note: Only one of these alternatives may be selected.
  3. Specify What Checks Are to Be Made for Employees Found

Specify if checks are to be made for absence, skills and workload on the employee. Press Enter.
