Print Work Order Documents - Operations per Day

This instruction explains how to print details of the amount of time spent on operations - information that is tracked according to the record of when operations are started and stopped.

Use this instruction when you need printouts of the time spent on operations that were started and stopped in 'Work Schedule. Open Toolbox' (MOS195) using options 'Start operation' and 'Stop operation'.

Outcome

A report is printed. The report is either printed with details or as a summary. The report can be used for follow-up purposes and for future planning.

Before you start

  • The work order and operations must exist in 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100) and 'Work Order. Open Line' (MOS101).
  • At least one start and one stop must have been carried out against the operation to create the time in 'WO Operation. Report Work Start' (MOS820) and 'WO Operation. Report Work Stop' (MOS821).

Follow These Steps

  1. Start 'WO Operation. Print per Day' (MOS850).

  2. On the E panel, select the relevant selection data and a sorting order if one is to be used. Also specify whether page breaks should be used if you are using a sorting order.

The following from and to criteria can be used:

    Employee number Reporting number

    Date Department

    Planning area Work center

    Product number Work order number

    Work group Op report type

The sorting order defines the priority between the specified selection criteria. The sorting order is defined with numerical values where the lowest numerical value is given the highest priority.

The operation report type indicates the reported operation data that is of interest. This could, for example, be labor run time, machine time or downtime.

  3. Specify the report layout and the report contents.

These fields control the type of report that is produced. If a summary report is required, the report layout should be 1 and the contents should be left blank.

If a detailed report is required, then the report layout should be left blank and the report contents set to E.

  4. Specify whether totals should be printed for each numeric field when page breaks are used. Press Enter to submit the report for printing.
