Report Interruption Start for a Work Order Operation
This document explains how you report that a WO operation is interrupted. Interruptions occur as a result of different problems, such as material shortages.
Use this instruction when you have to stop working on one equipment.
Outcome
The operation is stopped and no more time is registered on it.
Uses
The operation can be re-started when work resumes.
How the System Is Affected
Information about the interruption transaction is stored in the (MMOPTR) file.
Before you start
- The starting conditions listed in Stopping, Delaying and Replanning Work Order Operations must be met.
- All users must be registered in 'User. Connect Authority' (CRS545).
- Work hours must be defined in 'Work Hour Definition. Open' (CRS505).
- Run disturbances should be defined in 'Disturbance Type. Open' (PDS044).
- A general work schedule should exist in 'Work Schedule. Open' (CRS515).
- 'Settings - WO Operation Reporting' (MOS991) or (MOS990) must be configured.
Follow These Steps

Start 'WO Operation. Report Interruption Start' (MOS822).
The program can be started directly from a menu or via 'Work Schedule. Open Toolbox' (MOS195), option 'Start Interruption'.

Specify the card number and an optional disturbance code.
A reporting number will be automatically generated by the system.

Specify the date and time that the work actually stopped.
