Analyze Complaint Alarms
This document explains how you analyze why an alarm complaint was generated.
Use this instruction after you have updated the complaint alarms.
Outcome
You know what complaints caused the alarm.
You can investigate what causes a certain part to fail too often, and take action to eliminate future problems. The investigation can indicate whether the problems are related or simply random.
Before you start
The complaint alarms should be updated in 'Complaint Alarm. Update' (MOS555).
Follow These Steps

Start 'Complaint. Open' (MOS500/B).

Select an appropriate sorting order.
Sorting order 6 is recommended since sorting is done on complaint types. This makes it easy to identify the complaint alarms.

Highlight the complaint alarm to analyze and select option 26=Alarms to display 'Complaint Alarm. Open' (MOS505).
The complaints that caused the alarm are displayed as a list.
