Specify Whether Deviations in a Model Level are Additions or Reductions
This document explains how you define a difference in a model level. The difference can be either an addition or a reduction compared to the baseline of the model.
Use this instruction when both the model levels and the intallation positions for a model are defined.
Outcome
Each of the deviations from the base model in a model level is defined as either an addition or a reduction.
Information about additions and reductions is stored in the file (MCFMVL).
At the end of this process, you have instant information about the deveating positions.
Before you start
- A model must be defined in 'Model/Site. Open' (MOS400).
 - A model level must be defined in 'Model/Site. Connect Model Level' (MOS420).
 - Installation positions must be defined for a model in 'Model/Site. Open' (MOS400).

Follow These Steps
-

Start (MOS455/B).
 -

Select a predefined model and model level.
 -

Select the component. Select 'New record' to display the E-panel.
 -

Specify if the entry is an addition or a reduction to the baseline. Press Enter.
The field should be left blank for baseline entries.
 -

Repeat steps 2 to 4 for all deviating positions.
