Release Work Requests Manually and Individually

This instruction explains how work requests are released individually from either the work request or from the planned work schedule.

Use this instruction when you have fully estimated and planned a work request and you want to convert it into a work order.

Outcome

The released work request is converted into a work order and can be viewed in 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100) and in 'Work Schedule. Open Toolbox' (MOS195).

The work order is stored in the following files:

  • Work order header (MMOHED)
  • Work order operations (MMOOPE)
  • Service history (MWOPLA).

The work order can be used for further planning or reporting of performed work.
