Register Operation Plan

Before You Start

Before an operation plan can be registered, the following prerequisites must be met:

The object must be registered in 'Item. Open' (MMS001) together with the meters (4) on the J panel.
The object's serial number must be registered in 'Equipment/Serialized Item. Open' (MMS240).
In order to create an operation plan per week, period type 9 must be created in 'System Calendar. Open Period' (CRS910).

Follow These Steps

Note: Sorting order 1 displays the operation plan per month. Sorting order 2 displays the operation plan per week. If the operation plan is entered per month, it is possible to see the operation plan per week by pressing F4=Prompt while the cursor is placed on the value.

If the operation plan is created per week, it is not possible to change it for the period (month).

Select 'Operation Plan. Open' (MOS380).
Enter the object's item number and serial number. Leave the 'Op plan version' field blank unless you wish to create a forecast plan.
If you want to enter the plan manually, got to step 4. If you want to distribute automatically, go to step 5.
Enter the operation plan values for each of the meters in the appropriate column.
Press F14='Dist F/C' to display the F panel.
Enter a distribution curve (the total number of units to be distributed). Also specify the period from which distribution is to be performed, and the number of periods for which distribution is to be done. Press Enter to save and return to the E panel.
Once you have entered the desired values, exit the program with F3=End. This will act as a trigger and cause the master schedule to be regenerated.

Outcome

This procedure results in an operation plan being created. If you change an operation plan, a new master schedule generation will be run.
