Managing Advanced MCO Quotations
This document explains how you manage maintenance customer order (MCO) quotations that involve estimate of the work content.
The document describes the following process variants:
- Quotation flow on work request level
- Quotation flow on work order level.
Outcome
The following results can be expected:
- The job content is estimated and all materials and operations are added to the work request or work order.
- One or more quotations are created and the customer has either approved or rejected the proposed job and the costs.
Uses
Work can begin or continue and the customer can be invoiced.

Before you start
- The starting conditions listed in Managing Maintenance Customer Order Quotations must be met.
- A work request or a work order must exist in (MOS170) or (MOS100).
