Authorization Level

Authorization levels allow users to update information on work orders for which they have a higher level of authority.

You can set the authorization level in 'Work Order Type. Open' (MOS120) by using the F14 authorization option.

Level 1 is the highest; level 9 is the lowest level of authority. Therefore, a level 1 user can change work orders for users of level 2 and below (providing their authority limits, facility range, and so on permit this).
