Display Deliveries for Consignee
Where picking list is used as the issue method for material, all material lines are connected to a delivery, and pick reporting is performed against a picking list which is connected to a delivery.
Where material is picked for delayed issue, the picking status will be 60 on the material line.
Pick reporting on outbound deliveries are managed in 'Delivery. Open Toolbox' (MWS410) where the sorting order and view can be configured to display deliveries of interest to the technician using either a standard or user defined sorting order.
Views can be created for use in (MWS410) which define the delivery and picking list details displayed in the B panel. Where the user wants to view all material on all orders for which he is responsible, deliveries can be filtered on consignee. Deliveries can also be sorted in ascending departure date order to assist with work order management.
Fields that display highest and lowest picking status for the picking list connected to the delivery can be included in the (MWS140) view. These advise on the status of the picking list and when the material is ready for use against the order.
This document explains how to construct a user defined sorting order and view that can be used in (MWS410) to inform on material picking status and associated order information.
Outcome
A user defined sorting order, available for selection in (MWS410), is created that informs the user on material picking status and associated order information.
