Define Maintenance Agreement Line with Meter-based Pricing
This document explains how you define a maintenance agreement line for a service for which the pricing is based on the change in the object's meter reading over a period.
Use this instruction when you want to add a service to a maintenance agreement.
Outcome
A maintenance agreement line is defined. The pricing for jobs connected to this line is based on the usage of the maintenance object.
The file with information about agreement lines (ACUAGL) is updated.
A maintenance agreement line with meter-based pricing is useful when you perform the maintenance on a specific object and the customer wants to know what the maintenance costs will be.
Before you start
- A maintenance agreement head with basic information must be created in 'Maint Agrmnt. Open' (COS410).
- Check model individual should be selected in 'Maint Agrmnt. Open' (COS410/F).
Follow These Steps

Start 'Maint Agrmnt. Open' (COS410/B).

Select an appropriate sorting order to identify the agreement for which you wish to define agreement lines.
The recommended alternatives are 1 = Agreement, 2 = 'Agreement type'.

Select the agreement in question and select option 11 = 'Agreement lines' to display 'Maint Agrmnt. Open Lines' (COS411)

On the B-panel, set panel sequence EF.

Select service price method 3 and specify the date from which the agreement should be valid.
Note that the price for the service meter should be specified in 'Maintenance Agreement. Connnect Meter Prices' (COS407).

Specify the product, product structure and the service if you do not wish to define a blank agreement line.
Note that the object to be covered by the agreement should be connected in 'Maintenance Agreemt. Connect Aircraft' (COS413).

Specify the warranty linits (optional). Press Enter to display the F-panel.

On the F-panel, specigy whether only customer owned rotables and customer owned expendable may be used in the service. Press Enter to finish.
