Add Employees to a Work Order Operation
This instruction explains how you link an employee to a work order operation.
Outcome
An employee is linked to the specific operation.
Information about the employees is stored in the routing operation activity description (MMOOPS) file.
With employees linked to operations, it is possible to retrieve information about the workload per individual.
Before you start
- The starting conditions listed in Stopping, Delaying and Replanning Work Order Operations must be met.
- The employee must exist in 'User. Open' (MNS150) and in CRS530
- A skill must be defined against the operation in 'WO Operation. Open Operation Element' (MOS104).
Follow These Steps

Start 'WO Operation. Open Operation Element' (MOS104/B).
The program can be reached either from 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100), option 'Materials and operations' and then option 'Operation element', or from 'Work Schedule. Open Toolbox' (MOS195), option 'Op elements'.

Select sorting order 1 and panel sequence E.

Open the appropriate skill record to display the E panel.
Skills are defined as element type 2.

On the E panel, select an employee and press Enter to finish.
