Controls

This table shows the available pop-up windows and control buttons and their functions in the main menu of the application:


Name	Function
Action	Displays the actions available in application
Related options	Opens other programs for selected work center in the grid
Tools	Displays the options to control grid appearance
Update	Retrieves information from M3 Business Engine
Undo	Reverts all decisions that were taken since the last update
Export to Excel	Exports data to comma-separated values or CSV file and opens in Microsoft Excel
Expand All	Expands all rows in the grid
Collapse All	Collapses all rows in the grid
Retrieve Favorites	Retrieves personal favorite settings, shared favorite settings, or predefined favorite settings Note: The name of selected favorite setting is displayed right after the Retrieve Favorite button.
