Buckets

You can use this setting to control the start and end of grid buckets.
  1. From the menu, select Settings > Buckets.
  2. Specify this information:
    Number of buckets
Select a value from the list. This setting controls the number of buckets that are displayed in the grid.
    Minimum number of day buckets
Select a value from the list. If zero-day buckets are selected, CPW only displays week buckets. If one or more day buckets are selected, CPW at least displays that number of day buckets. In case the day buckets do not align with the start of the bucket next week, CPW displays extra day buckets until they align with the next week's bucket. After day buckets, CPW continues with week buckets.
    Minimum number of week buckets
Select a value from the list. If zero-week buckets are selected, CPW only displays multi-week buckets. If one or more week buckets are selected, CPW displays that number of week buckets. If the week buckets do not align with the start of the bucket on the next multi-week, CPW displays extra week buckets until they align with the next multi-week bucket. After week buckets, CPW continues with multi-week buckets.
Number of weeks in multi-week bucket
Select a value from the list. This setting controls the number of weeks displayed in each multi-week bucket.
    Multi-week bucket start date
Specify a start date or leave it blank. Multi-week buckets have two options for the first multi-week bucket. It always starts from the current date or always keeps the same static multi-weeks. If you leave the Multi-week bucket start date blank, CPW always starts the first multi-week bucket from the current date, and CPW has full multi-week buckets in the grid. The multi-week bucket moves in time as time passes. The other option is to set a specific date in the Multi-week bucket start date. CPW keeps the same multi-weeks. You can keep the same weeks together. For example, weeks 1 to 4, weeks 5 to 8, and weeks 9 to 12, which makes the bucket static over time. The first bucket does not have the same number of active days after the current date, because it depends on where the current date is within the multi-week.
    Display bucket end
If a bucket covers several days, the start date is used as the ID in grid. Select this parameter if end date is used as the bucket ID in grid instead.
  3. Click OK.
