Load and capacity not displayed as expected

CPW displays load and capacity based on the BE data used in (CPS100). When investigating load and capacity, always start by displaying the same data in (CPS100).

  1. Verify the load and capacity in (CPS100) on a week or day level for each work center.
If load and capacity are not displayed in (CPS100), investigate (CPS100).
If load and capacity are displayed in (CPS100), use the CPW log file and investigate values transferred from the API.
  2. Import data to CPW and open the CPW log file.
If the log file is too large to investigate directly in the application, you can copy all the text to an external text file. Analyze the text file data in the editor.
  3. Search for the API transferring data from BE to CPW and investigate if values transferred by API correspond to values in (CPS100).
If the values in (CPS100) and API match, copy the log file to an external text file then attach it to the Infor Support Portal incident. You can also take a screenshot of the values not displayed as expected. This helps in the investigation of values transferred to CPW and values displayed in CPW.
